Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2025. Please read these terms carefully before using the Luminex Affiliate UK platform.
Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates must promote offers using compliant methods only. Prohibited practices include cookie stuffing, incentivized traffic without disclosure, brand bidding without permission, and any form of fraudulent activity.
Commission & Payouts
Commissions are credited upon validated conversions. Payouts are processed on regular cycles with clear terms. Luminex reserves the right to withhold payment for suspected fraudulent activity pending investigation.
Intellectual Property
All creatives, trademarks, and marketing materials provided through the platform remain the property of respective advertisers. Affiliates may use approved materials solely for promotion of assigned offers.
Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice. Luminex may immediately suspend accounts that violate these terms. Outstanding validated commissions will be paid according to standard payout schedules.
Limitation of Liability
Luminex Affiliate UK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to commissions earned and unpaid at the time of the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
